Eagle Shipping Center, Inc utilizes an integrated hub and spoke operational model in support of its customers. The model provides a unique customer support experience, access to expanded business services, and cost saving economies of scale.

Strategically located, the central distribution center supports warehousing and production operations including third party logistics, order fulfillment, packing, shipping, last mile delivery, reprographics, and mailing services.

The spokes are stores that provide convenient customer service. The stores provide traditional packing & shipping, supplies, private mail box rentals, and business services for the small office, home office, virtual office, and retail customer.

SOHO, virtual, and retail customers requiring specialized packing & shipping services, fulfillment, direct mail, and document services have access to the hub’s resources.

There are eight affiliated Eagle Shipping Center stores in Palm Beach and Broward County Florida. The stores are located in shopping centers near residential, retail, and commercial office areas.

In addition to expanding the number of stores in South Florida during 2009 through acquisition and affiliation, Eagle Shipping Center, Inc. plans to duplicate the hub and spoke cluster model in other markets throughout the United States.
